By creating an account, uploading files, or using the services provided by Imprint 3D ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Imprint 3D provides an online platform featuring an AI-powered 3D slicing engine that allows users to upload 3D models (e.g., STL files), receive automated manufacturing quotes, and order physical 3D printed objects.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We highly recommend utilizing the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provided in your Account Settings. Imprint 3D is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the 3D models and files you upload to our servers. By uploading a file, you grant Imprint 3D a temporary, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of analyzing the file, generating a quote, and manufacturing the physical object you requested. We will not sell, distribute, or publicly share your uploaded files.

We reserve the right to reject and cancel any order that violates these safety guidelines without prior notice.
Our AI slicing engine provides real-time estimates. While we strive for absolute accuracy, final prices may occasionally vary due to material availability or physical manufacturing constraints. Because each order is custom-manufactured based on your specific files, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints will only be issued in the event of a manufacturing defect on our part.
Imprint 3D offers promotional features including Student Discounts, Referral Programs, and Reward Tokens. Student Discounts require a valid University ID for verification. We reserve the right to revoke this status if fraudulent identification is detected. Tokens and referral codes are single-use or limited-use as specified by the platform. Abuse of the referral system will result in permanent account suspension and voiding of all discounts.
By submitting a review, rating, or comment regarding your order, you grant Imprint Egypt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and publicly display your feedback across our digital platforms for promotional and service-improvement purposes. You agree that your reviews will not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful language. Imprint Egypt reserves the right to remove or obscure any review at our sole discretion.
